The Portes du Soleil ski area is the world’s first cross-border ski area. It is also one of the largest ski areas in the Alps. The PDS lift pass allows you to ski a different area every day and not repeat the same run twice! For competent skiers who fancy a challenge, the PDS pass also provides an opportunity to complete the infamous circuit, taking in 13 ski resorts in just one day!

For those wishing to stay more local and save a bit of money, the Morzine/Les Gets lift pass still offers a huge variety for skiers and boarders of all levels including tree lined runs, easy wide pistes, steep Alpine descents, mogul fields, snowparks and fun areas for children.
Chamossière, the highest point in the resort, is a definate must for experienced skiers! Don’t miss the famous Chamossière freride area on a powder day! Nyon offers both fast steep runs from the summit, and gentle beginner slopes on the plateau that are perfect for beginners. Make sure you set foot on the Pas de l’Aigle glass viewing platform at Point du Nyon for views from Mont Blanc to lake Léman. This is also the area to check out the wild bird shows or even pit yourself in a race against a Falcon!
Moving across into Les Gets, competent skiers will favour the technical slopes of Mont Chéry, the Ranfoilly/Rosta sector or Les Perrières, while beginners take advantage of the fun zones scattered throughout the area and the Chavannes learning area.
